  1. Where is the pickup location for Pink Sails Waikiki tours?

    The departure point is at 1 Holomoana Street, near the Prince Waikiki Hotel. You can find them west of the Waikiki Prince valet area, marked by a large Pink Sails banner.

  2. When should I arrive for my tour?

    It is advised to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled tour time to avoid missing the boat.

  3. What should I bring on the tour?

    Please bring sunblock and a hat for sun protection. If joining a snorkel or swim tour, don't forget a towel. Dont forget to add a camera for capturing memories and your credit card for purchases on board to your list.

  4. How long are the tours?

    Each of our tours and adventures is approximately 2 hours in duration.

  5. Is there a restroom on board?

    Yes, all boats are equipped with restrooms for guest convenience.

  6. Do they provide life jackets?

    Life vests are available on all boats for emergencies. For swimming and snorkeling tours, they provide floatation belts to help guests float comfortably on the surface.

  7. Is the crew certified for safety?

    Yes, crew members are all certified in ocean safety and hold current CPR and Lifeguard Certifications.
