Your company must be registered by someone authorized to do so. The person registering agrees to communicate the program to all employees. If you are not authorized to do so, please ask your HR or Personnel Dept to visit www.FunEx.com and register the company.

When a company is approved, we send an Employee Access Code (EAC) to the representative. This EAC is then used by each employee to identify their company at FunEx.com.

You do not need to login to browse FunEx.com. However, before your first purchase, you will be required to register and you should have your Employee Access Code handy. At this time you will establish your Username (email address) and Password for future visits to FunEx.com.
The Employee Access Code (EAC) is assigned exclusively to your company when it is registered by an authorized company representative. If you use your company EAC when you register, your registration will be much faster and you will receive full access to all features of the website.
You may still register as an employee and shop on FunEx.com. Some features of the web site will be restricted. If we cannot verify your company information, your order may be delayed or not processed.

E-tickets are available immediately once you confirm your order! Your tickets will be emailed to you along with your receipt from the email address: MyTickets@Funex.com. If you do not receive your e-tickets shortly after placing your order, please check your spam or bulk mail folder.

You can also call or text us at 949-367-1900 to request your tickets be sent to you.

There is no need to print them out. Just get them scanned at the attraction with your phone and you are good to go!

Some tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, others have an optional refund option you can add to your cart.

No, we do not! Debit, credit, and any other payment information will not be stored in your account or in the website’s database. This is the reason why you are prompted to enter the information at checkout every time you shop with us. FunEx would not be one of the top discount ticket sellers if our customers weren’t happy and safe with our service!
