The sanctuary does not have public restrooms or concessions. They recommend using facilities at the Minit Stop on Highway 19 or the Country Store in Papaaloa before your tour.

Tours will operate rain or shine, though extreme weather or flooding may cause cancellations. Please check the weather forecast and dress appropriately.
